Frederick Browning 03/25/2025 Josh, the inspector and sales rep was outstanding in communicating and explaining the reason for removal of an old roof and installation of a new roof to correct an improper installation of materials and craftsmanship on a sloped roof of a mobile home. Mike, the project supervisor and his well-coordinated team arrived as scheduled and completed the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof in one day. JPCARROLL deserves my recommendation to anyone expecting a professional project well done.

Ashley, the project manager, could not have made installation any more stress-free. She answered all our questions, told us what to expect, oversaw the delivery of materials, and was on-site all day. We had expected the work to take two days, but she managed it in just one. Clean-up was immaculate, leaving us with only a new roof and no mess at all.
We also had the good fortune to work with Dan, the general manager. He provided us with his licensure and insurance details without us even asking. He patiently explained all the options, and we were thrilled with the workmanship warranty.
I would most definitely use them again, except that with such a good roof, it may be another 30 years :)

We had our roof and gutters done. Called them for an estimate – reasonable price for quality product. Within one week of signing the contract they scheduled both roof and gutters. Mike was professional and polite. Mike called us and kept us updated on the progress and texted pictures of the roof. Mike was on site to ensure work was done properly. Manuel and his team are hard workers- they worked non stop for two days. After the work was done our property was cleaned thoroughly for any debris and was disposed of the same day work was completed. They also had inspector come and in after the roof and gutters was done to ensure everything was done properly. Overall happy with their service. jP carol also did roof for one of our other property 2 years ago- that came out looking great as well.

JP Carroll Roofing installed a new roof on our home approximately a year ago…recently we noticed an issue with our ridge vent. A rep from the company sent Joe who told us what caused the problem and immediately addressed the issue. Joe noted what the issue was caused by, told us it would take an hour to repair and completed the job professionally. I give my highest recommendation to Joe for his friendly nature, his communicational skills and his professionalism.

JP Carroll Roofing company came out took off old roof and replaced all the needed new plywood. Crew and project manager super professional and friendly. Shared pictures all the way through the project. Would highly recommend if u need a new roof! Michael the project manager was great, explained what was going to happen and was available for questions anytime . New roof looks beautiful.

Joe was on time. Friendly and polite. Rummaged around in attic to find ceiling leak in garage. Turns out bathroom exhaust fan vent is not properly vented and needs to be re directed straight up and out. Estimate promised. Professional approach from this company and from Joe. —CT

My experience with JP Carroll was excellent. Everyone I met and spoke to were professional and extended outstanding customer service from the initial presentation, installers, financial aspect and beyond. Lee was the last person I met with regarding questionable shingles. He was empathetic regarding a surgery I had 3 days prior to my scheduled appointment. He immediately offered to reschedule my appointment to allow me recovery time. Upon coming out to to my home to resolve the issue, he was most courteous, informative and reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with someone who goes above ground to and beyond with customers. JP Carroll has a top notch team.
